Oldboy is Park Chan-wook's 2003 revenge thriller, the middle chapter of his Vengeance Trilogy. Choi Min-sik plays Oh Dae-su, whose unexplained fifteen-year imprisonment drives a labyrinthine plot. It won the Grand Prix at Cannes.
For clip guessing, the single-take corridor fight is the signature image, but it arrives late. The earlier clips of a man alone in a drab room with a television are the real setup; if the footage lingers on captivity with Korean dialogue, commit.
