These Terms of Use apply to your use of dlepick.com ("DlePick", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using DlePick

DlePick publishes reviews of daily browser games, player ratings and links to creator videos. The site is free and provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it, for example by attempting to manipulate ratings, sending automated traffic, scraping the site in bulk, or interfering with its security.

Third-party games and content

The games we review, and the videos we feature, belong to their respective developers and creators. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, their content or their privacy practices. Embedded games and videos load from the third party's own servers, and your use of them is governed by that party's terms. Game names, logos and screenshots are used to identify and review the games and remain the property of their owners.

Ratings and comments

When you rate a game or post a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and aggregate that contribution on the site. You are responsible for what you post. Comments must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam or infringe anyone's rights. We may moderate, edit for formatting, or remove any contribution, and we may reset ratings that appear to be manipulated.

Unless stated otherwise, the reviews, text, design and original screenshots on DlePick are owned by DlePick. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the original page. Please don't republish whole reviews without permission.

No warranty

Reviews reflect our opinion at the time of writing. Games change often, so details may become out of date. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DlePick is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any third-party game or website linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
