Reveal the answer
Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964)
Why this is the answer (spoilers)
Dr. Strangelove is Stanley Kubrick's 1964 Cold War satire, with Peter Sellers in three roles and George C. Scott as a hawkish general. Its War Room set, designed by Ken Adam, is one of the most famous in cinema.
The clips are instantly distinctive in hindsight: black-and-white photography, a huge circular table under a ring of light, and Sellers fighting his own glove. Early cockpit footage can look like a straightforward war film, so the war room is the moment to commit. Few titles are this long, which makes the typing suggestions easy to narrow.
