Why this is the answer (spoilers)
One exact list and two open ones. The decathlon round wants the ten men's outdoor events exactly, from the 100 metres through the 1500 metres, with the 110-metre hurdles and pole vault in the middle. Hogwarts professors accepts 20 teachers from the original stories, so Dumbledore, McGonagall and Snape are safe and even Lockhart and Umbridge count. The fishing round is a 20-item tackle box: Rod, Reel, Line, Hook and Float come instantly, while the Swivel and Landing Net separate anglers from everyone else. Only the athletics round punishes a wrong guess conceptually.
