American Pie (1999)
Why this is the answer (spoilers)
American Pie is a 1999 teen comedy directed by Paul Weitz, following four friends who make a pact to lose their virginity before graduation. It launched a long-running franchise and made Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan and Seann William Scott famous.
In clip-guessing terms, this one plays fair: the later clips show very recognisable 90s suburban interiors and the infamous kitchen scene, which tends to unlock the title instantly for anyone who has seen it. If the early clips look like a generic teen movie, hold your guesses for the kitchen.
